• Our goal is to ship all products in 2-5 business days from the time of finalizing the order.
• Larger orders may have a longer shipping times.
• For Custom orders:
  • Once you submit an order for a quote you will receive a timeframe and cost within one business day.

• We get most of our clothing items from Sanmar, Augusta Sportswear,  and CHAMPRO
• When ordering you will have an option to input a specific item of clothing and instructions on how to find the item.
  • You can include the URL of the item you want, or you can input the model numbers.
    • On Sanmar clothing numbers are bold and above the name of the clothing item you are viewing.
    • On August Sportswear they have a “style number” and is located at the top of the page underneath the name of the clothing item.

• Embroidery
  • For best results, wash in warm water with a mild detergent.
  • Do not add bleaching agents such as chlorine, peroxide or sodium carbonate.
  • Do not line dry. Garments should be tumble dried at warm setting.
  • Never leave damp or wet embroidered articles folded or stuck together.
  • Never wring out any embroidered articles.
  • Never leave embroidered articles soaking in water.
  • If the first laundering of a new garment is done in cool or cold water, leftover dye particles from the thread may remain on the fabric. This does not mean the article is ruined. Rewash in warm water. The remaining particles will wash out.
•  Vinyl/Sublimation
  • Machine wash and dry inside out.
  • Machine wash cold using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not dry clean.
  • Ironing directly onto the vinyl design can ruin it or it could start to peel. For best results, we recommend ironing inside out on low temperatures.
• Window Stickers / Banners
  • Up to three years outdoor life.
  • Can clean with window cleaner with a gentle cloth.

If you want custom clothing done you have two options.

• Option one:
  • You can go to our Custom Clothing section and personalize your own clothing.
  • When you choose an item it will remind you to go to Sanmar to pick out specific clothing.
  • you then can go through and add your designs and what material you want to use on your shirts.
    • List of the differences in the materials we use here.
  • Once you submit your personalized order we will review it and email you a quote back.
  • You then will either accept, decline or alter your order as you wish.
• Option two:
  • If you do not want to go through our product personalizer, then you can go here Custom Clothing Order Form. Once their you can fill out the form and we will email you a quote within two business days.

• If the apparel only has a messed up design, once a month we donate those items to charity.
• If the apparel got burnt or cannot be used then we recycle them if possible
